2. Open the steam valve for heating (0.2-0.5MPa gauge pressure) to make the ethanol vapor enter the tower.
3. Turn on the column condenser cooling water and coil cooler cooling water to make the ethanol vapor in the tower condense into liquid after entering the condenser, and open the reflux valve to make all the condensate return to the tower.
4. When the temperature at the top of the tower is stable below 78.5 ℃, open the discharge valve and observe from the flow meter to control the reflux ratio of 1: 2-1: 3, and keep the concentration of recovered ethanol above 93%.
5. During the distillation operation, do not leave the position at will. Observe the ethanol concentration at any time and adjust the reflux ratio in time. When the concentration is high, the reflux ratio is smaller, and when the concentration is low, the reflux ratio is larger. Make the recovered ethanol reach the required concentration.
6. If the amount of recovered ethanol is large, you can use the continuous feeding method. After the distillation kettle is heated to boiling, a small amount of continuous feed into the distillation kettle is added.
7. When the distillation is about to end, when the temperature in the distillation rises to 100 ~ 102 ℃, the temperature at the top of the tower will also rise accordingly. At this time, the reflux valve should be closed, and the heating steam flow of the distillation kettle should be appropriately increased to distill out the residual ethanol in the kettle and the tower. Collect in dilute ethanol storage tank and distill together in the next batch of dilute ethanol.
